This fund was established to assist in covering the related expenses associated with seeking medical attention, such as transportation, food, and lodging above and beyond what is normally covered by insurance.

 

Guidelines:

• Recipients reside in Baker County, Oregon

• Request should be made by the individual or family in need, but may be requested by others with the knowledge of the recipient

• Grant amounts will be based on need and available funds as determined by the administrative board

• Maximum individual grant amount is $2,000

• Multiple requests may be made if need is on-going
